Hatha Yoga
This gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation class will be slow and steady with many options given. You might like to focus on strength, you might like to focus on more relaxation. All options are provided.
Tuesday
10:15 - 11:00am AEST (QLD time)
Yin Yoga
This class is a floor based class with longer holds to target the deeper tissues in the body. If you have yoga props, bring a bolster and one or two yoga blocks. If you don’t have these, bring some cushions and pillows. Sometimes we do myofascial release so get yourself a tennis ball.
Wednesday
7:30-8:15am AEST (QLD time)
Hatha Yoga
This breath, movement and meditation class is geared towards helping you tune into what it is you need from moment to moment. There will be many options so that you can tailor the class to suit you. Whether you like to practice using a chair, feel like cultivating a bit a strength or need the time to unwind, this is all available. You get to choose your own adventure.
