Meditation and Pranayama

Monday

6:30 - 7:30pm AEST (QLD time) 
Hatha Yoga
 

This gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation class will be slow and steady with many options given. You might like to focus on strength, you might like to focus on more relaxation. All options are provided.  

 

Tuesday

10:15 - 11:00am AEST (QLD time)
Yin Yoga
 
 

This class is a floor based class with longer holds to target the deeper tissues in the body. If you have yoga props, bring a bolster and one or two yoga blocks. If you don’t have these, bring some cushions and pillows. Sometimes we do myofascial release so get yourself a tennis ball.

Wednesday

7:30-8:15am AEST (QLD time) 
Vinyasa Yoga 
 

This foundational Vinyasa class is tailored towards al levels of practice and focuses on strength and steadiness. Cultivate balance and stability! 

Thursday

7:00 - 7:45pm AEST (QLD time)
Yin Yoga

Meditation and Pranayama (Breath-work)
 
 
30 minutes of meditation and breathwork can alter our state in the most transformational way. Simple and effective practices for long lasting effect. This class can be taken sitting in a chair or on the ground.
