This gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation class will be slow and steady with many options given. You might like to focus on strength, you might like to focus on more relaxation. All options are provided.

Tuesday

Yin Yoga
This class is a floor based class with longer holds to target the deeper tissues in the body. If you have yoga props, bring a bolster and one or two yoga blocks. If you don’t have these, bring some cushions and pillows. Sometimes we do myofascial release so get yourself a tennis ball.

Hatha Yoga
An energizing and steady class geared to all levels of experience. If you want to build strength, you will have the option to do that. If you want to take a more relaxing approach to your movement practice, that is also available. Many options given. One or two yoga blocks are very handy but not essential. Meditation and Breathwork included in the class.
