Move through the online training at your own pace in lead up to the module live zoom sessions.
The module live zoom sessions are a continuation of the pre-recorded modules found in the Online Student Portal. It is important that the pre-recorded modules have been completed before joining the module live zoom sessions. The sooner you start, the more time you have to solidify and deepen your practice, wisdom and knowledge before we come together.

Module Zoom sessions will run at 8am - 12pm on 12 selected Sundays, between June and December 2024
All sessions run on Queensland time (Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST))

These live training sessions via Zoom are an integral part of the training and must be completed to receive your certification.
From the 1st October 2023 times will continue to run on AEST (QLD time) and times may change from state to state. See below for course times in different areas.

Asana, Pranayama & Meditation Classes - live via Zoom
These classes are optional to join live and can be marked towards your practice hours.
Some classes are recorded so can be practiced at a time that suits you. We take requests for these classes, so if there is something specific you would like to learn or practice, we can make that happen! Please see the Classes & Events page for current schedule.
You will also get access to the Online Classes Portal a library of pre-recorded classes and workshops.
Philosophy Discussions
These workshops are open hearted, light hearted and fun. You will get loads out of them if you join, however, they will be recorded so you can tune in at your own leisure.
We dive into our practice beyond the yoga mat and explore practical ways of taking our yoga out into the world where it matters most.
These sessions are compulsory to get your certification, but can be listened to as an audio if you cannot attend the live.
